CASHEW PARMESAN CRUMBLED TOFU WITH SATAY THAI NOODLE SALAD
• Tofu, firm & pressed
Batter:
• Gluten free flour
• Garlic salt
• Milk of choice
Crumbs:
• Bread crumbs of choice
Salad:
• Cucumber
• Parsley
• Mint
• Rice vinegar
• Monkfruit raw sugar
• Lime juice
• Fresh chilli
• Rice noodles
• Gado Gado satay sauce
1. Coat tofu cubes in batter and crumb mixture.
2. Air Fry for 15 minutes until golden.
3. Mix salad ingredients and serve with tofu!
