“Get Your Glow On” Nourish Bowl featuring Sunflower Seed Sprinkles from Pimp My Salad Collection



A colourful bowl full of fibre, nutrients, and love, to have your body energized and your skin singing. Mostly raw, complete with pesto zoodles and a creamy oil-free dressing, this bowl is full of all of the stuff your body needs to be happy, healthy, and functioning. Make sure all the ingredients you use are certified organic to ensure there are no harsh chemicals on your produce. Even if your produce is organic, always wash it before eating. “Get Your Glow On” Nourish Bowl featuring Sunflower Seed Sprinkles from Pimp My Salad Collection

Prep: 10 minutes
Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 1-2 servings

 Ingredients:

  • Handful coriander, torn
  • Handful roquette, torn
  • Handful watercress, torn
  • 4 stalks kale, chopped
  • ½ cup broccoli
  • ½ zucchini, spiralized
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sprouts
  • A few spoons of sauerkraut
  • 2 tbsp Pimp My Salad Sunflower Seed Sprinkles

Pesto Ingredients:

  • 2 cups basil
  • ½ cup kale
  • ½ cup greens of choice
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup cashews
  • Juice ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • Salt to taste

 Creamy Oil-Free Dressing Ingredients:

  • ½ avocado, mashed
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Juice ½ lime
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 

Method:

  1. Assemble raw ingredients into a bowl as you wish.
  2. Process pesto ingredients until desired texture is achieved. Toss through zoodles and add to bowl. Add sauerkraut.
  3. Whisk dressing ingredients together, drizzle over the top of your bowl, then add Pimp My Salad Sunflower Seed Sprinkles to top.
  4. Enjoy! And feel each bite nourish every cell within you.
