- 1 cup of home made almond milk
- 3 tablespoon of chia seeds
- optional: berries, coconut sugar, cinnamon
Stir the cup of almond milk and 3 tablespoon of chia seeds together. Then wait a minute or two, then stir again. Stir again five minutes later, and five minutes after that. After that, just let it sit for 15 min or put it overnight in the fridge before enjoying. We love to add berries, coconut sugar and cinnamon in there.
